We’re always looking for new dealers. Please drop us an email and we will have the sales rep for your area in touch quickly.

Products purchased directly from a dealer, must be returned to the dealer only.

Products ordered directly from Hydra Fishing, LLC may be returned to us for replacement or refund.

Please follow the steps as listed to expedite your return:

Rod returns must be made within 7 days of receipt. We offer free returns on all non-custom rod purchases.

Returns must be made within 30 days of the invoice date.

You must contact us for a Return Authorization (RA). No returns will be accepted without return authorization.

RAs are valid for 10 business days. Returns must be received within 10 days of obtaining the RA. You are responsible for shipping costs of all returns.

Returns should be sent via courier that issues a tracking number.

Allow 2-4 weeks for refunds to be processed and credited.

All items must be in “as-new” condition which includes original packaging, all warranty cards, manuals, and accessories. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or partial forfeiture of your refund.

There will be a 10% re-packaging fee for products not returned in the original manufacturer packaging. This will be deducted from the total refund.

Custom rods may not be returned. 

Exchanges may incur an additional $25 shipping charge.

ALX Rods is a federally trademarked, wholely owned brand of Hydra Fishing, LLC. Hydra Fishing, LLC is legally established LLC in South Carolina, USA. 

For orders including rods:

Over $249: Free Shipping

$248 or less: $16.95

For Orders Without Rods:

Shipping is based on the total weight of the order. After $249, the order ships free.

All rods are shipped via FedEx Ground. Orders of other items are typically shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. At times we may use both FedEx and USPS for one order.

We typically ship orders same day on orders processed before 2:30PM EST M-F. Orders are then delivered in a timely manner based on the selected carrier. Please refer to tracking info for detailed delivery timelines. 

Estimated delivery is 3 to 7 days after order processing. Special shipping needs should be arranged prior to purchase. Please keep in mind that we do not ship on weekends. We do not offer Saturday or Sunday delivery.

Yes! We offer rods built to order using all of our great components and many others. Visit our Custom Shop page or contact us for more information.

Absolutely, We manufacture rods through our parent company, Hydra Fishing, LLC. We build rods for multiple rod companies and can offer services ranging from assembly all the way to full design and custom parts. 

At this time we do not offer rodbuilding classes or lessons.
